Passive by design
X Pulse is a Chrome extension for keeping track of your followers on X (Twitter): who unfollowed you, who doesn't follow you back, and how your account is growing.
Many follower tools ask for your X password, or flood X with automated API requests that can get accounts suspended. X Pulse does neither. With what we call a ghost architecture, it never sends a request of its own; it only reads the responses X already loads while you browse normally.
Everything it collects stays on your device, in IndexedDB. There are no servers and no analytics, and you can export your data to CSV or JSON, or delete all of it from the settings.

Under the hood
How it's built
Built in TypeScript as a Manifest V3 Chrome extension. Relationship data is stored in IndexedDB and settings in chrome.storage.local; all code ships inside the extension, with no remote scripts.
