Medev Studios ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application Solitaire Deluxe (the "Game"). We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or location. The Game does not require account registration to play, and all basic gameplay is fully functional offline.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Game Functionality: To save your game progress, active deck states, statistics, and theme preferences locally on your device
- Leaderboards: To post and display high scores via Google Play Games Services if connected
- Improvement: To optimize game performance, drag-and-drop physics, and UI rendering on various screen sizes
4. Data Storage
All gameplay data (statistics, settings, local high scores, custom cards) is stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers. Uninstalling the Game or clearing the application cache will permanently delete this data.

The Game may interface with third-party services that process data in accordance with their own policies:
5.1 Google Play Games Services

6. Children's Privacy
The Game is a general audience card application and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you have reason to believe a child has submitted personal details to us, please contact us at our support address.
7. Data Control & Deletion
Since your data is stored locally, you have total control over it. You can erase all card settings and play history by:
- Clearing the app storage in your Android system settings
- Uninstalling the app from your device
