1. Introduction

Medev Studios ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application Knife Outlaw: Wild Frontier (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Game. Please read this policy carefully. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Game, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: Game progress, scores, achievements, and gameplay statistics
• Advertising Data: Ad interaction data collected by our advertising partners (Google AdMob)
• Google Play Games Data: If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, your player ID and leaderboard scores, and, if you link the Game to Google Play Games for cloud save, a copy of your game progress (see Section 4)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Game Functionality: To save your progress, high scores, unlocked items, and preferences locally on your device, and, if you link Google Play Games, to back up and sync your progress through Google Play Games Saved Games
• Leaderboards: To display global leaderboard rankings via Google Play Games Services
• Advertising: To serve relevant ads through Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded video ads
• Gameplay Statistics: To show your in-game statistics and achievements. These are kept on your device; the Game does not include an analytics SDK.

4. Data Storage

All gameplay data (scores, progress, settings, unlocked items, currency balances) is stored locally on your device in the Game's private app storage (Android SharedPreferences). We do not operate servers for this data, and it is not transmitted to us. It leaves your device only in the following cases:

• Google Play Games cloud save (optional): If you link the Game to Google Play Games in Settings, your game progress (for example scores, currency, unlocked knives, achievements, statistics, and daily reward progress, but not your sound and vibration settings) is uploaded to Google Play Games Saved Games, stored with your Google Play Games account, and synced back to the Game when you launch it. Switching back to Guest Mode stops further uploads but does not delete the copy already stored.
• Android backup: The Game allows Android's built-in backup. If backup is turned on for your device, the same data may be included in your device backup with Google and restored when you reinstall the Game or set up a new device.

If you uninstall the Game, the data on your device is deleted; a copy in Google Play Games Saved Games or in your device backup is not.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

5.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. This may include device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data. For more information, visit: Google Privacy Policy

5.2 Google Play Games Services

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your public gaming profile and leaderboard scores may be shared with other players. While you are signed in, your high score is submitted to the Game's leaderboard. If you also link the Game for cloud save, your game progress is stored in Google Play Games Saved Games as described in Section 4. This service is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

7. Advertising & Ad Personalization

The Game displays ads through Google AdMob. Interstitial ads may appear between levels, and rewarded ads are shown only when you choose to watch one. Where consent is required (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are requested, and you can change your choice later with the Ad Privacy Options button in the Game's Settings.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads

Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see non-personalized advertisements in the Game. Rewarded ads are optional: you can watch one to continue a run, at most once per run.

8. Data Retention

Game data stored on your device is under your control. You can delete it by:

• Using Reset Game Data in the Game's Settings (this deletes your progress but keeps your settings)
• Clearing the app's data through your device settings
• Uninstalling the Game

These steps do not delete a copy of your progress stored in Google Play Games Saved Games (if you linked the Game) or in an Android device backup. The Saved Games copy is held by Google with your Google Play Games account and can be deleted using Google's settings for deleting Play Games data; device backups are managed in your device and Google Account backup settings.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Game data is stored locally on your device and, if you link Google Play Games, in Google Play Games Saved Games. We do not operate our own servers for user data, so the security of your game data depends primarily on your device's security measures and on Google's services.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• The right to access information collected about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of personalized advertising
• The right to data portability

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
