MEDEV Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Digital Nomad Tycoon mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our App, how it is used, and your choices.

Digital Nomad Tycoon is an idle/tycoon simulation game. Your core game progress is stored locally on your device and does not require an account. Optional features such as leaderboards, rewarded ads, and in-app purchases involve third-party services described below.

We collect the following categories of data, primarily through third-party SDKs:

• Anonymous analytics events — gameplay milestones, session length, feature usage (via Firebase Analytics). No personally identifiable information is linked to these events.
• Advertising identifiers — Google AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve relevant rewarded ads and measure ad performance.
• Purchase receipts — When you make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes the transaction and provides us with a purchase token for verification. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Leaderboard display name — If you connect to Google Play Games Services, your chosen display name and score may appear on public leaderboards.

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts.

Your game state — including balance, upgrades, settings, and progression — is saved locally on your device using the device's local storage (dnt_save_data). This data:

• Never leaves your device unless you explicitly use a cloud save feature
• Is not accessible to MEDEV Studios
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in your device settings

Digital Nomad Tycoon uses Google AdMob to display optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are strictly opt-in — an ad is only shown when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game bonus (such as a temporary income boost). No ads are shown automatically or without your action.

Google AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy, including:

• Advertising ID (GAID) for ad personalization and frequency capping
• Approximate location (IP-based) for regional ad targeting
• App interaction signals for ad measurement

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. This helps us identify bugs, balance gameplay, and improve the overall experience.

Firebase collects anonymized, aggregated data such as:

• Session duration and frequency
• In-game events (e.g., upgrades purchased, cities traveled to, rebirth count)
• App version and device type (without unique identifiers)
• Crash reports (anonymous stack traces)

This data cannot be used to identify you personally. Firebase data is processed by Google according to their Privacy Policy.

Digital Nomad Tycoon offers optional in-app purchases (Gem packs) and a subscription (Nomad Pro) processed entirely through Google Play Billing. MEDEV Studios does not handle or store your payment information.

Google Play provides us with a purchase token to verify your purchase. This token is used solely to unlock the purchased content on your device.

Subscription management (cancellation, upgrade, billing history) is handled through your Google Play account: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

All purchases are subject to Google Play Terms of Service.

The global leaderboard feature is powered by Google Play Games Services. If you connect your Google Play Games account:

• Your chosen gamer display name and avatar will be visible to other players on the leaderboard
• Your high score will be submitted to Google's servers
• You can manage or delete your Play Games profile at any time from the Play Games app

Leaderboard participation is completely optional. You can play the full game without connecting to Google Play Games.

Digital Nomad Tycoon is rated for ages 13+ on Google Play. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at info@medevstudios.com and we will take immediate steps to address it.

Depending on your region, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations:

• Delete local save data — Uninstall the App or clear App data in Settings
• Opt out of ad personalization — Device Settings → Google → Ads
• Opt out of Firebase Analytics — Enable "Limit Ad Tracking" on your device
• Delete Play Games profile — Via the Google Play Games app
• Cancel subscription — Via Google Play → Subscriptions

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice.
